Working principle
First define the operation and application. Liquid transfer, measured filling, gas–liquid mixing and multi-liquid mixing require different pump, connection and control arrangements. SoDose transfers liquid to a defined outlet and doses it using the selected method. GaDose manages and mixes gas and liquid in an application-specific circuit; a filling arrangement is added as required by the process. DuDose addresses dosing, filling and mixing of multiple liquids in a modular arrangement, with sensors, recipe management and record tracking selected within the project scope.
Configuration decisions
Begin with the process objective: Which liquids or gases enter the device, what output is required, and what dose, mixing ratio or filling result is expected? Share vessel or bottle dimensions, target processing time and acceptable tolerances. These inputs guide pump selection, tubing, fittings, weighing and other measurement modules. Weighing measures mass; volume-based filling also requires consideration of liquid density and operating temperature.
Development and manufacture
First define the sequence, wetted components, vessel layout and essential controls. Trials or a prototype with the actual liquid and vessel can be scoped where needed. Agree acceptance criteria for mixing ratio, dosing tolerance, cleaning and required records. Family devices, including DuDose, are developed and manufactured to order for the application; delivery scope and schedule are agreed in the quotation.
