SoDose is the compact horizontal enclosed dispensing architecture in the DoseCore family. Liquid transfer and controlled dispensing are the main project routes. Pump selection, fluid compatibility, connections and controls are developed around the actual media and operating requirement. An application-specific outlet or spray arrangement can be reviewed separately where required.
Match the delivery arrangement to the liquid, outlet and intended spray or dispensing task.
Develop the enclosure, carrying arrangement, component access and hose connections.
Agree the controls, power arrangement and checks needed for the actual use environment.
Materials, dimensions, operating range, output, controls and delivery scope are confirmed in the project proposal.

SoDose is the horizontal enclosed dispensing architecture within DoseCore. Its main project route is moving a liquid through a defined hose and outlet, with controls matched to the intended delivery task. This differs from a filling workstation where the container position and a measured endpoint form the centre of the layout.
A hose-fed application should identify the inlet, outlet, vertical lift and liquid properties. Tubing-based pumping is one possible approach for compatible media; the fluid remains within the tube rather than contacting the pump mechanism. The selected pump, hose, fittings and control method still need to be reviewed together. Spraying, if required, is a separate outlet and application decision.
A first trial can review the delivered liquid, operator sequence, hose handling and access for cleaning or replacement. Timed delivery, a measured quantity and continuous transfer require different verification procedures. State whether the device will be carried, fixed to a bench or connected to another module, and which power and control interfaces are available. The final SoDose configuration follows that brief.
The table identifies the reference arrangement and the values to agree for your application.
| Parameter | Configuration / value | Confirm before manufacture |
|---|---|---|
| Primary operation | Liquid transfer / controlled dispensing | Agree continuous or batch use |
| Liquid compatibility | Application-specific | Supply media and temperature information |
| Delivery target | Defined in mL, g or flow units | Agree measurement and tolerance |
| Hose and connections | Selected per configuration | Define bore, length and fittings |
| Outlet arrangement | Hose-fed or dedicated dispensing head | Confirm destination and access |
| Controls | Project-specific start, stop and settings | Review operator sequence |
| Power and mounting | Defined in the project scope | Confirm bench, portable or module use |

QDM supplies equipment with a standard one-year machine warranty, starting from commissioning.
Purchased components are covered under the relevant manufacturer’s warranty terms. Two-year component coverage applies where provided by the manufacturer; coverage and start dates follow those terms.
Extended warranty and maintenance agreements can be arranged for the project. Coverage, duration, service responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed in the contract.
The quotation and contract define the equipment covered, the applicable warranty terms and the agreed service arrangements.
