The application

What the equipment is for.

DuDose is offered as an application-specific development and manufacturing project within the DoseCore family. Each confirmed order is engineered and built around the required filling process. The design combines a carry handle, a front control panel and an accessible container bay in a compact metal body, with a load-cell platform and interface studies for recipes, settings and operating records. The required modules and final filling specification are agreed before the build.

Applications to discuss

  • Bench-top liquid filling
  • Small-batch preparation and dispensing
  • Prototype and R&D dosing applications

Application & engineering guide

Developing a DuDose filling configuration

Use these notes to define the application before choosing the final equipment configuration.

Working principle

DuDose is a manufactured-to-order liquid filling device for single-container work and R&D use. The reference design has an open container bay, a load-cell platform, a carry handle and a front operator panel. The accessible bay provides a basis for positioning a bottle, laboratory vessel or an application-specific container under the selected filling arrangement.

Configuration decisions

A useful filling brief states the liquid and the required dose together. Viscosity, temperature, foaming and the chosen fluid path affect how a fill should be developed. A weighing arrangement measures mass; converting a mass target into a volume requirement needs an agreed basis for the liquid. Interchangeable container supports or dedicated fixtures can be assessed for the intended formats.

Planning the first build

Begin with a representative liquid and container where practical. Agree the fill endpoint, calibration checks, cleaning access and operator sequence for the first build. Recipes, basic records, interface language and additional modules are reviewed per order. DuDose is not offered with one universal accuracy or output rating: final values, operating conditions and the delivery schedule belong in the project quotation.
