Technical notes and worked examples
Articles provide introductory engineering information for a project discussion. Teaching dimensions, drill-size starting points and checklists are not released manufacturing specifications or statements of QDM equipment capability. The responsible project team confirms the applicable standard and edition, material, tooling, operating conditions, drawings and acceptance criteria before production or use. Obtain complete standards and supplier instructions through their authorised publishers; this website does not reproduce licensed standard tables or figures.
Representative equipment images
Machine and device images are representative design visualizations, including CAD and generated renders. They illustrate possible arrangements and may contain details that differ from a final engineered product. They are not photographs of delivered customer installations or evidence of performance, qualification, inventory or production readiness. Final configuration, materials, components, dimensions and visuals can change with the agreed requirement. Independently briefed concept renders illustrate a possible QDM development scope; they do not depict a particular third-party supplier's machine. A supplier purchase is evaluated against that supplier's actual product and agreed documentation.
Source links and third-party names
External technical references describe their publishers’ standards, processes, materials or products. A reference or link does not establish endorsement, a QDM partnership or authorised dealership. Third-party names remain associated with their respective organisations. Reference reading does not transfer another manufacturer’s ratings to QDM equipment.
Machinery sourcing and purchasing coordination
QDM can discuss sourcing and purchasing coordination in Turkey as well as custom engineering and manufacturing work. An enquiry begins a scope review. The quotation identifies the seller, manufacturer, QDM work package, fees, included items and delivery responsibilities. Supplier availability and suitability are checked for the actual enquiry. Standard sourced equipment follows the agreed selling supplier’s warranty and service terms; QDM-built equipment follows its own supply contract. The quotation and accepted agreement define the commercial commitment.
Application and destination requirements
Product-contact, laboratory, biomedical, thermal-process and unmanned-system applications may require specialist assessment and supporting evidence. A generic description, material name or render does not establish application suitability or approval. The responsible parties review the actual system, intended use, destination requirements and any applicable import, export or operating permissions before supply and operation.
Confidential information and design rights
Start with non-confidential information. An NDA can be agreed before detailed sharing. Share only materials you are entitled to provide. Manufacturing drawings, permitted use, ownership and licensing of deliverables are set out in project-specific terms; sending a reference design does not establish permission to reproduce it.
Corrections and content concerns
If you believe a technical statement or an image needs correction, or wish to raise a rights concern, email info@quickdesign.com.tr with the page URL, the relevant item and the basis of the concern so we can review it. These information notes explain the website; they are not a substitute for an application-specific engineering review or the accepted supply agreement.
