APPLICATION & ENGINEERING GUIDE

Delivery, installation & ongoing support

Plan how the equipment will be accepted, delivered, installed and supported in production. Scope, responsibilities and costs are defined in the project quotation.

Custom filling equipment design and manufacturing in Turkey. Configuration and supply scope are agreed for each application.

Delivery & shipping

Delivery point, protective packing, transport responsibilities and shipping scope are agreed during quotation. For international projects, transport and import responsibilities are defined separately. Lead time is project-specific; shipping is included only where expressly quoted.

Acceptance & pre-shipment checks

A check plan can be prepared using the agreed product and container samples. Output target, fill variation, test duration, sample count and recording method are selected for the application. Remote video review or on-site acceptance may be included in the project scope.

Installation & commissioning

Power, compressed air, product supply, workspace and line interfaces are clarified before delivery. On-site installation, commissioning and operator training are specified together with site conditions, duration and travel costs.

Spare parts & maintenance

A spare-parts list can cover wear parts, replaceable wetted components and production-critical items. Supply, recommended stock, maintenance intervals and service terms depend on the equipment configuration. Spare parts may be quoted separately.

Remote & on-site support

An initial assessment can use fault descriptions, alarm records and safely obtained photos or videos. Connectivity, software scope, intervention method and on-site service are agreed separately. Response times are defined by the service arrangement.

Warranty & documentation

Standard QDM machine warranty is one year from commissioning, within the contractual scope. Purchased components follow the relevant manufacturer’s terms. Operating, maintenance, drawing and conformity documentation is defined for the particular equipment.

Liquid filling machine questions

Are shipping and installation included?

Only items expressly included in the quotation form part of the scope. Shipping, installation, travel and accommodation are identified in the commercial terms.

Can you commission equipment overseas?

This can be planned after reviewing location and project conditions. Tasks, duration, site preparation, expenses and service responsibilities are agreed before order.

Which spare parts should we keep?

Seals, tubing, nozzles and other wear parts are reviewed with the liquid and duty cycle, together with production-critical components. Recommendations are specific to the selected equipment.

Are operator training and instructions available?

Training, document language and the files to be supplied are listed in the scope. Operation, cleaning, safe shutdown and routine maintenance are addressed for the equipment.

Can the machine be expanded later?

A new product, container or output target is reviewed against the existing mechanical and controls platform. Additional modules or modifications require a separate technical and commercial assessment.
