Foaming behaviour
Foam cannot be predicted from the product name alone. Air entering the supply, the way liquid enters the container, fill profile and settling time are reviewed with the actual product. Foam height is not a substitute for net fill quantity.
Nozzle & fill profile
Where suitable, a diving nozzle, staged speed and controlled shutoff may be assessed. Movement depends on the bottle opening and product level; settings are product-specific.
Containers & closures
Guides should support squeezable bottles without distorting them. Feeding and closing scope is defined separately for flip-top, screw or pump closures. Label placement is reviewed with the bottle shape.
Checks & cleaning
Plan quantity checks across a defined sample set, including early, middle and late fills. Agree access and procedures for cleaning the product path, container opening and nozzle tip.
