APPLICATION & ENGINEERING GUIDE

Detergent Filling Machines

Laundry detergent, washing-up liquid, surface cleaner and cleaning gel may require different flow and material-compatibility arrangements. The actual formulation and relevant safety information guide the assessment.

Custom filling equipment design and manufacturing in Turkey. Configuration and supply scope are agreed for each application.

Define the liquid

Viscosity, foaming, density, temperature and chemical composition affect product-path selection. A sample and relevant safety information may be requested. Hazardous properties can require a separate technical assessment.

Materials & product path

Stainless steel does not provide the same resistance to every chemical. Tank, valve, tubing, seal and nozzle materials are selected for composition, concentration, temperature and cleaning conditions.

Bottle & jerrycan filling

Filled weight, base stability, handle and opening position affect container handling. A small bottle and large jerrycan do not automatically share the same cycle or carrier. Weigh filling or other dosing methods are assessed as required.

Foam, drips & closure

Fill speed and nozzle movement may be adjusted for foaming. End-of-fill drips, container cleanliness and closure integrity can form part of acceptance checks. Trigger sprayers and other closures are reviewed separately.

QDM / FAQ

Liquid filling machine questions

Can every detergent use a stainless-steel filler?

The same product path may not suit every detergent. A stainless-steel enclosure alone does not guarantee chemical compatibility. Assess the wetted steel grade, detergent composition and concentration, temperature and contact time together. The pump, valves, hoses, seals and nozzle must also suit the product and cleaning conditions.

Can weighing help with foaming liquids?

Net-quantity control by weight can be assessed. Foam may still affect overflow and cycle time, so the fill profile also needs attention.

Can the machine also fill disinfectants or solvents?

These products require a separate chemical and hazard assessment. Suitability of a standard detergent configuration is not assumed; equipment and site requirements are defined separately.
