The integrated-line studies connect several machine modules with blue product conveyors. The layout illustrates how feeding, handling, processing and outfeed can be developed together rather than as isolated stations. The product and process determine which modules are needed and how their operating cycles are coordinated.
Define the product flow, operations, cycle objectives and existing equipment interfaces.
Develop feeding, processing and handling equipment around the selected sequence.
Agree controls coordination, acceptance checks, documentation and delivery responsibilities.
Materials, dimensions, operating range, output, controls and delivery scope are confirmed in the project proposal.

An integrated production and packaging line connects equipment into one operating sequence. QDM’s linked machine studies illustrate feeding, transfer, processing and outfeed modules. A complete line should be scoped around the path of the product and the interfaces between operations, rather than assembled only from individually attractive machine layouts.
Begin with a process map and identify existing equipment that will remain. Each transfer needs product presentation, control signals and a defined response to a stop. Buffers may be useful between operations with different working rhythms, but must be designed for the product. The slowest or most variable task deserves attention when setting the line objective.
Development can proceed module by module with agreed interface drawings and review points. Acceptance should include connected operation and recovery after an interruption, not just isolated station motion. Define supplier responsibilities, installation location, documentation and handover criteria before manufacture. QDM can coordinate mechanical modules and specialist integration within a clearly bounded turnkey scope.
The table identifies the reference arrangement and the values to agree for your application.
| Parameter | Configuration / value | Confirm before manufacture |
|---|---|---|
| Process flow | Project-specific sequence | Provide operations and existing assets |
| Line output objective | Agreed units per time | Review every module cycle |
| Product formats | Defined dimensions and variants | Identify changeover requirements |
| Module interfaces | Mechanical, electrical and signal scope | Agree boundaries of supply |
| Buffering | Included where required | Define stop and accumulation behaviour |
| Site envelope | Configured layout in mm | Include service and operator access |
| Handover | Agreed line acceptance and documentation | Confirm installation responsibilities |
These products are customizable. Configuration values and images are indicative and may change with the application. Final dimensions, components, controls and performance requirements are confirmed in the agreed project specification.

QDM supplies equipment with a standard one-year machine warranty, starting from commissioning.
Purchased components are covered under the relevant manufacturer’s warranty terms. Two-year component coverage applies where provided by the manufacturer; coverage and start dates follow those terms.
Extended warranty and maintenance agreements can be arranged for the project. Coverage, duration, service responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed in the contract.
The quotation and contract define the equipment covered, the applicable warranty terms and the agreed service arrangements.
Include a process-flow sketch, product information, output requirement, site layout and the modules already available.
