Payload
Mass, envelope, mounting holes and centre of gravity.
A two-axis positioning design developed around your camera or sensor equipment with a 30 kg payload design target. Mounting interface, bearings, drives and cable routing are defined with the application requirements.

| Item | Preliminary scope |
|---|---|
| Payload design target | 30 kg |
| Tilt travel target | −40° / +40° |
| Mounting interface | According to equipment mounting dimensions and centre of gravity |
| Pan motion & cabling | Rotation requirement, power/data lines and cable management are engineered together |
| Supply approach | Configured to the application and enquiry |
Motion speeds, positioning accuracy, resolution, control system, communications, environmental protection and operating temperature are defined for each project and application. Solutions can be developed for fixed and moving platforms. Stabilisation on a moving platform is a separate requirement and validation scope.
Payloads and travel angles shown are design targets, not tested product ratings. Final configuration and performance are verified against centre of gravity, moments, motion duty and agreed tests.
Mass, envelope, mounting holes and centre of gravity.
Required angles, duty, dwell and any continuous rotation.
Fixed base or moving platform and mounting interface.
Agree acceptance tests and supply scope before quotation.
Payload mass is the first input. Centre of gravity, distance from the axis, dimensions, acceleration and operating environment are reviewed together. A model number alone does not confirm suitability.
The tilt travel target for this family is −40° / +40°. The final usable range is checked against the installed equipment, cable routing and mechanical clearances.
Both can be considered. Moving-base conditions, shock/vibration and stabilisation requirements are defined separately. Stabilisation is assessed and validated for the application.
If required, it is engineered together with power and data transfer, rotary interfaces and cable management. Pan travel and any continuous rotation feature are defined for the application.
PT100 is presented as a solution engineered to order for a 100 kg payload design target. Manufacturing scope, validation and delivery terms follow technical review.
