Motion speeds, positioning accuracy, resolution, control system, communications, environmental protection and operating temperature are defined for each project and application. Solutions can be developed for fixed and moving platforms. Stabilisation on a moving platform is a separate requirement and validation scope.
Payloads and travel angles shown are design targets, not tested product ratings. Final configuration and performance are verified against centre of gravity, moments, motion duty and agreed tests.
Define the field of view alongside cable and payload clearances.
Share measurement-head positions, scanning sequence and dwell requirements.
Develop the support and drive arrangement for the mounting interface and operating conditions.
Payload mass is the first input. Centre of gravity, distance from the axis, dimensions, acceleration and operating environment are reviewed together. A model number alone does not confirm suitability.
The tilt travel target for this family is −40° / +40°. The final usable range is checked against the installed equipment, cable routing and mechanical clearances.
Both can be considered. Moving-base conditions, shock/vibration and stabilisation requirements are defined separately. Stabilisation is assessed and validated for the application.
If required, it is engineered together with power and data transfer, rotary interfaces and cable management. Pan travel and any continuous rotation feature are defined for the application.
PT100 is presented as a solution engineered to order for a 100 kg payload design target. Manufacturing scope, validation and delivery terms follow technical review.
Share the equipment dimensions, centre of gravity, mounting arrangement and motion requirements.
