STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Motorised linear module

30×60 extrusion, SHN15-B rail/carriage, selected belt and pulley set, and motor. Basic drive pulleys use a keyed shaft connection.

EQUIPMENT OPTIONS

Sensors and motor drive

Encoder motors include two end sensors. Sensors are optional with open loop motors. A matching drive can be selected separately.

Each set contains two brackets and costs USD 10.0 excluding VAT. Select the number of sets and which type is to be fitted.

Each bracket set contains two pieces per module. Multiple types may be selected. Each set costs USD 10.0 excluding VAT. One set is fitted per module; the remaining sets are supplied loose.

Basic platform: 30×60 extrusion and SHN15-B rail/carriage. Profile and rail are fixed; the belt and pulley set is selectable.

Common questions about the Basic series.

Is travel the same as overall length?

No. Travel is the net carriage movement. The motor, pulleys and carriage make the overall module longer. The final overall length is specified in the technical drawing.

What is included with encoder motors?

CS-M22313 and CS-M22323 include an encoder and two end sensors. A matching closed loop drive is optional.

How do sensor and drive options work?

Open loop motors can be supplied with two optional end sensors. A matching drive is optional for all six motors and changes with the selected motor.

How many brackets are supplied?

Each bracket set contains two pieces per module and costs USD 10.0 excluding VAT. Multiple types and quantities can be selected. Set quantities multiply with the number of modules. Select which type is to be fitted.
