APPLICATION & TECHNICAL SELECTION

Conveyor & Machine Integration

Connecting two machines involves more than placing a belt between them. Mechanical transfers, product flow and control signals need to be defined together.

Custom conveyor design and manufacturing in Turkey.

Mechanical interfaces

Check transfer heights, transfer gaps, guides, maintenance access and mounting points. Sample products and the site layout help define the interface.

Flow & cycle

Define bottleneck stations, product behaviour during stops and restart sequence. Where accumulation is required, review product-to-product contact and allowable pressure.

Signals & operator interface

Define ready, busy, product-present, fault and cycle-complete signals in a shared interface list. For HMI or remote monitoring, agree data scope, access and communication interfaces separately.

QDM / FAQ

Questions that help you choose.

Can it connect to my existing filling or labelling machine?

Integration scope is defined after reviewing transfer heights, product transfer, layout and control signals. Share existing machine drawings, photos or interface lists.

Is a stainless steel frame suitable for every food or chemical application?

Not by itself. Contact materials, surfaces and joint details are assessed with the product, concentration, temperature and cleaning conditions.

Is the configurator result a final technical selection?

It is a preliminary configuration that organises your requirements. Capacity, drive, material compatibility and additional units are confirmed by technical review. Unknown values may be left blank.
