Which operation should the machine perform?
Show the current work step with a short video or explanation. Include product dimensions, temperature, consistency, sensitivity and output target. Beverage filling, thick-food dosing and fragile-product handling cannot be addressed with the same mechanism. Operations before and after the machine are considered alongside its own task.
Consider product contact and cleaning from the outset
Plan product-contact materials, interfaces and cleaning methods together. Access, disassembly, drainage and areas where material might accumulate are assessed in design. A stainless exterior alone does not establish cleanability. Appropriate parts and materials are selected after clarifying the product and cleaning conditions with the customer.
Develop a layout that fits your facility
Review available space, conveyors, operator movements, electricity and compressed air. Define machine infeed and discharge transfer points. Consider speed targets within the whole production line. Adjacent filling, closing and packaging operations are included in delivery scope when required.
What stages lead from concept to production?
Develop the concept from the collected information, beginning component, material, manufacturing-method and assembly assessments at this stage. A critical mechanism can be prototyped first when needed. Manufacturing, assembly and agreed trials are planned after design. Controls and specialist activities are coordinated with suitable project teams.
Which deliverables can be discussed with QDM?
Machine design, prototyping, manufacturing and turnkey delivery can be scoped according to the project. Purchasing lists, technical drawings, 3D design files and relevant manufacturing files can be prepared when required. Operating information, assembly arrangements and production handover support can also be defined in the quotation. Design usage rights and additional deliverables are discussed early.
