The requirement
The application used large bottles and viscous liquids. The engineering task addressed the mixing motion, vibration behaviour and the need to adjust bottle orientation.
Engineering and build scope
QDM developed the complete mechanical design around 1 L bottles and an adjustable bottle angle up to 30°. Procurement and automation coordination were handled by QDM; manufacturing and assembly were shared with partners.
Project outcome
The shaker was delivered with adjustable bottle inclination for the specified viscous-liquid application. The 1 L bottle size and 30° adjustment describe this build; they are not universal ratings for every shaker configuration.
