The requirement
The application combined viscous liquids with small doses and a need for faster filling. The design had to address these requirements together rather than optimise head count alone.
Engineering and build scope
QDM developed the complete mechanical design for a multi-nozzle configuration and coordinated procurement and automation. Manufacturing and assembly were carried out with project partners.
Project outcome
The filling line was delivered. Its multi-nozzle arrangement addressed viscous-liquid handling, small-dose control and the filling workflow for the agreed application.
